Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch

This notice describes what the site and the early-access list do today. A lawyer hasn’t reviewed it yet, and it may change before launch.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Who we are

Matchflare is operated by Astra Vier Solutions LLC, a company in the United States (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we store:

  • your email address;
  • the country you choose;
  • the language of the page you used;
  • what you said you’d use most, if you selected anything;
  • if you were asked about a price: the price we showed you and your answer to “Would you pay that?”;
  • that you confirmed you’re an adult and asked to be emailed, and when.

We don’t ask for your name or payment details, and we don’t store your IP address with your answers: it’s only kept in memory, usually for a few minutes, to block automated abuse. The country your connection appears to come from may preselect the country on the form; you can change it.

To compare the prices, we also count how many visitors were shown each one. Those counts don’t say who you are.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived request logs (such as IP addresses and the pages or calendar links requested) for security and to run the service.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site uses:

  • sc_price: which price you’re shown, so it stays the same between visits (6 months). Only in the countries where we test prices (the Americas);
  • sc_country: the country you chose for where-to-watch information (1 year);
  • sc_lang: the language you chose (1 year);
  • your browser’s local storage, for the teams and competitions in My calendar. That list stays on your device; we only see the calendar link built from it when your calendar app opens it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To email you once when the service launches, and to learn which features and which price make sense before we build payments. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by selecting the boxes on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

We don’t sell your data, and we never share it with bookmakers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after launch: we delete your entry within 30 days of your request, and the whole list by then.

Who processes it for us

Our hosting provider, which runs the website, and Upstash, which provides the database that stores the list. They process it only on our behalf. Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

Your rights, and how to delete your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time.

The early-access list only takes signups once an address for these requests is published here.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Age

The service is for adults only: 21 or older in the United States. Please don’t join the list if you’re younger.
